My favorite activity is listening to music, it give me many
advantages. Music has the ability to reduce stress, after we work or study for
long time. It can also help reduce your heart rate and blood pressure. One more
thing it also increase self-esteem and self-confidence. It is a great way to
release anger. Music make us recover from headache and loss of concentration,
it help us to be fresh feeling. Good music also makes remember happy time and
good memory in the past. It reduces anxiety in patients. Music is a part of
your lifestyle and feels very great; it makes us feel comfortable. So listening
to music is an activity that I really like the most.
